2. Tickets and Payment
2.1 All tickets must be purchased in advance.
2.2 *Tickets are non-refundable*, except where required by UK consumer law.
2.3 Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by the Organiser.
2.4 A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

3. Changes and Cancellations
3.1 The Organiser may change or cancel the Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns or low attendance.
3.2 No refunds will be given for late arrival, early departure, or non-attendance.

4. Health, Safety, and Conduct
4.1 Participants attend at their own risk.
4.2 Any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.
4.3 The Organiser may remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

5. Children and Supervision
5.1 Parents or guardians remain responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children attending the Retreat.
5.2 The Organiser does not provide childcare unless explicitly stated.

6. Special Consideration
6.1 Requests for special consideration (including medical, disability, or dietary needs) must be made in advance.
6.2 Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests; however, accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

7. Liability
7.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
7.2 The Organiser is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

8.1 Photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes unless the Organiser is notified in writing prior to the Retreat.
